Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LlamaRun desktop application, the website at llamarun.krishbaidya.me, and the related cloud services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Krish Baidya, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading the app, creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LlamaRun is a desktop AI assistant. It can run AI models locally on your computer (for example through Ollama) and, when you sign in, it can send your requests to cloud AI models (such as Google Gemini and OpenAI models) through our servers. It also supports extensions such as MCP servers and Python plugins that you choose to install.

Local models run entirely on your device; we do not receive those conversations. Cloud models require an account and are subject to the plan limits described below.

2. Accounts

  • You sign in with your Google account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a subscription.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

3. Plans, pricing and payment

We currently offer the following plans for cloud model access:

  • Free — ₹0, up to 200 cloud messages per month on free-tier models.
  • Pro — ₹499 per month, up to 5,000 cloud messages per month, including access to Pro models.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details; they are handled by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy policy.

The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing you authorise us, through Razorpay, to charge the plan price at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. Message allowances reset each billing period and unused messages do not carry over. If a renewal payment fails, Pro access may be paused until payment succeeds.

We may change prices or plan limits in the future. We will give you reasonable notice before a price change applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Pro access until then. Refunds are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Delivery of the Service (shipping)

LlamaRun is a purely digital service. No physical goods are shipped, so shipping and delivery charges do not apply. The desktop app is delivered by download, and Pro features are activated on your account immediately after a successful payment (usually within a few minutes). If your plan has not been upgraded within 24 hours of payment, please contact us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • generate or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
  • resell, share or automate access to your account to get around plan limits;
  • breach the usage policies of the underlying AI model providers (Google and OpenAI).

7. AI-generated output

AI models can produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Output is provided for your convenience and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial or safety-related decisions. As between you and us, you own the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, the output you receive.

8. Third-party models, plugins and services

Cloud responses are generated by third-party providers. Plugins and MCP servers you install are provided by their own authors, run on your computer, and may access your files or the internet according to how they are built. We are not responsible for third-party software or services you choose to use.

9. Our intellectual property

The LlamaRun name, logo, app and website are owned by us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose while you comply with these Terms.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or retire features and models (including models offered by third-party providers) from time to time.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of data or profits.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as liability limits and governing law) will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
